Sapna Anu B.George is a freelance journalist.Born in Kottayam, she had her schooling at Baker Memorial and later graduated in Literature from CMS College. She is married to Biju Titty George and they are blessed with 3 lovely children.She is a resident of Muscat, Oman where her husband is employed.
In addition to journalism and her poems, she is an ardent blogger who blogs poetry,art and photography and on variety of topics including cooking. Her recipes are famous among non resident Indians with its traditional hale and hearty ingredients that are unheard in modern cookery publications. She inherited this tasty talent from her late mother Annamma Thomas who was an exemplary cook. In future, she dreams on publishing a cook book of a different nature, using her ancient and rare culinary expertise as demanded by overseas Indian mothers.
She seems to have inherited her writing talent from her Aunt Leelamma J Enniriyil who published 3 novels in 1950’ sadly passing away at a young age. Sapna’s late father, Thomas Jacob too kept a literary diary and written scrap books & articles on wide range of topics. We very seldom find multitalented woman like Sapna and we hope that she sparkles with her dreams as her name suggests
